Welcome to Zolu Medical Aesthetics. By booking a consultation or treatment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any services.

• Free Consultation-
  
  We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your needs and determine the appropriate treatment for you. This consultation is obligation-free.
  
  Booking Deposit-
  

• To secure your appointment, we require a deposit ranging from £50 to £200, depending on the treatment type. The specific deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
  

• This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
  
  Cancellation Policy-
  

• If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours of the scheduled time, you will forfeit your deposit.
  

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will not incur any penalty, and your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled appointment or refunded upon request.
  
  Rearranging Appointments-
  

• If you need to rearrange your appointment, please do so at your earliest opportunity. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time and date, subject to availability.
  

• Rescheduling an appointment within 72 hours of the original appointment time will require a new date within 2 weeks of the original appointment.
  
  Payment Policy-
  

• Full payment for your treatment is required at the time of your appointment, before the treatment is performed.

• We accept various forms of payment, which will be discussed with you during your consultation.
  
  Guests-
  

• You are welcome to bring a friend or companion to your appointment.

• However, due to safety and compliance regulations, we are unable to allow children within the clinic. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
  
  Changes to Terms and Conditions -
  

• Zolu Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients as appropriate.

• By booking an appointment with Zolu Medical Aesthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
